Our Services
Wow your buyers with our expert staging services. We help you create inviting spaces that appeal to a wide range of buyers, making it easier for them to envision themselves living in your property. Whether it's updating paint colors, arranging furniture, or creating beautiful vignettes, our staging ensures your home looks its best.
Pricing: Occupied Consultations - $250 for a 2 hour walk-and-talk consultation for the entire property, which includes a custom to-do list for sellers to best prepare their home for selling.
Virtual Staging - $25/photo
Need a pro to help you select paint colors or help you and your contractors on remodel? I work with you to explore and experiment with design that brings comfort and joy, creating a home environment that is both beautiful and functional. Whether you need a fresh look for a specific room or a complete home makeover, I am here to make your vision a reality.
Pricing: We start with a $100 1-hour consultation, and develop a plan based on the goals and ideas discussed. Design fees are usually flat fees collected half up front and half when the project is complete.
Paint Consultation prices are based on rooms and exterior.
Beautiful photos are crucial for attracting buyers online. As a professional photographer, I capture your home in its best light, showcasing its strengths and unique features. Whether we’ve staged the home or not, stunning photographs highlight its potential and appeal, ensuring it stands out in the market.

Pricing: Interior and Exterior Photos - $150 for 25 images; $200 for 40 images.
Social Media Teaser - $75 (vertical, 1 min)
Video MLS Tour - $150 (horizontal, 2 mins)
Style & Shoot: Perfect for the homes that have plenty of decor, but need to be toned down a bit. This one-day service combines beautiful marketing and convenience for Realtors and motivated sellers to attract buyers.
Why it’s great:
You get a home stager/designer and photographer in one.
I move all the things with the sellers that are keeping the photos and showings from standing out.
I teach the sellers how to make the beds, fluff pillows, fold towels,
etc. I also show them how the home should look for showings.Then I take professional photos.
And Realtors don’t have to even be there!
Your beautiful professional photos are delivered within 24 hours, ready for MLS.
