What is your turnaround time for photography?

For most jobs you should have your MLS-ready photos emailed to you within 24 hours from the shoot. Some virtual staging jobs may take longer, but everything is discussed before doing and there are no surprises.

How do I get on your schedule for any of your services and what is your travel policy?

Simply give us a call for friendly customer service and scheduling! There is a 1 hour radius around Greenville, Texas, but because of the construction on I-30 some areas may be too far or require a trip charge.

Do I need to be present for photography services?

It depends on if we can handle the job without the Realtor or seller. Usually we are fine doing the shoot and locking up afterwards. However, if a lot of prepping is needed to be done before photos or there are pets on site, the Realtor or seller need to be there. Call us to be sure.

What paint brands do you use?

Desiree specializes in Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams colors, but can try to accommodate for any project. However, do not try to match brands or colors can not be guaranteed.
