Stress-Free Process: Selling a home can be stressful. My goal is to make the staging process as smooth and hassle-free as possible, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

Our Process

1. Initial Consultation: We start with a phone interview to understand the seller’s needs and the unique characteristics of your property. This is then followed by a walk-and-talk consultation.

2. Customized Staging Plan: Based on our consultation, I develop a detailed staging plan tailored to the home and seller.

3. Implementation: The sellers start on their homework, transforming their home into a buyer’s dream.

4. Final Touches: When the homework is complete, I come in to add the finishing touches, ensuring every detail is perfect before the first showing.

Pricing: Occupied Consultations - $250 for a 2 hour walk-and-talk consultation for the entire property, which includes a custom to-do list for sellers to best prepare their home for selling.
