Examples

This one is technically an occupied staging because I did start with a consultation and bring in decor. However, I was able to quickly style it before taking the photos. The seller had all the furniture except for the coffee table. We brought in a couple pieces of large art, a few accessories, a couple lamps, bedding, and throw pillows for the sofa. The goal was to make the home pop and be inviting for selling, but not overwhelming while they lived there during selling. Simple changes made this home cute!

In this adorable older home the sellers already had plenty of beautiful decor and style. However, their sofa pillows were causing some them some issues. Also, we had items to clear out of and to rearrange in each room before taking photos. In the backyard we moved the bistro set to a spot in the yard for buyers to see right out the back door and imagine themselves enjoying the private yard. Just a few tweaks made this home shine!

When I was called into this townhome by the Realtor, I had no idea the beauty that was in it. The seller was a retired decorator who was extremely motivated to stage her house with me. Together we transformed their well-decorated home into a staged house that was ready for photos and selling by making the beds fluffier and removing extra decor from the floor and surfaces.
